Hailing from The Steel City – Pittsburgh, PA – comes Frzy, one of the industry’s most versatile recording artists. Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Frzy embodies the hard working, true grit reputation of the city. He continues to reach new heights in his career, maintaining a strong relationship with the community, while also growing his national presence as an artist and MC. Frzy’s music career first started after he competed in, and won, several rap competitions in Pittsburgh, PA, which earned him the title of “King of the City”. Frzy then moved on to bigger rap battles in New York City, where he most notably entered a street battle sponsored by DJ Kay Slay of the Hot 97’s “Drama Kings”. He challenged the entire lineup at the famed Pyramid Club’s Rap Battle Showcase, and defeated every opponent. His intensity as a performer was so impressive, it earned him a spot to perform alongside Naughty By Nature on Nelly’s St. Lunatics Tour, where he performed for crowds as deep as 30,000. Frzy soon after became the official commercial spokesperson for Subway, debuting the Subway Melt. He also added Rick Ross, Lil Wayne, MGK, Wale, and many others to his performance resume, further increasing his national exposure while showing him the ropes from industry heavyweights.

Frzy is a true MC. He crafts everything to contain an impactful, lyrical punch while having a confident delivery filled with wit and constant charisma. In 2011, coming off the success of his mix tape “Orientation”, Frzy began an ongoing collaboration with industry veteran DJ Wonderboy. Under the mentorship of Wonderboy, Frzy became the face of Mogul Moves, a lifestyle brand focused primarily on music. Frzy then released the mix tape “iStyle” in 2012, to incredible critical reception, including over 50,000 downloads to date with little national promotion. “iStyle: Special Edition” soon followed, generating even more success and national attention. Frzy went on to appear on rap mogul 50 Cent’s cypher episode series “16 or Better” with Jack Thriller in New York City. He also released the music video for his song “Witness”, which tells the story of Notorious B.I.G. and Tupac from the perspective of the 911 caller. “Witness” is said to be one of Frzy’s most impactful projects, and was featured on Pittsburgh’s #1 news channel: WTAE Channel 4 News. Frzy has never been known as “just a rapper”… he is always trying to better his community by teaching children the importance of music education. Frzy was selected as one of Pittsburgh’s 50 Finest in 2014, earning funding for The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. He is the first ever rapper/MC by profession to receive this honor. In 2015, Frzy also received a proclamation from the Pittsburgh City Council for his achievements, and was honored by Pittsburgh Magazine as one of their Top 40 Under 40. This amazing and humbling nod shows just how much the City of Pittsburgh stands strongly behind Frzy, helping him to break barriers never before tackled in the rap community.

Frzy released his debut album in September of 2016. The album, titled “God King Slave”, is a double-disc album and highlights his skills as an artist like you’ve never heard before. Frzy also recently signed an apparel deal with Adidas. Be it film, audio, modeling, or songwriting, Frzy has proven time and time again that he has the ingredients to make an impact in the entertainment industry on so many levels – not just as an MC. As his growth on the national stage becomes more widespread, Frzy continues to move forward, landing himself a spot on the map in the minds of Hip Hop fans and music lovers alike.
